It really depends on Inflation at this point – how high interest rates go = how greedy are the corporations (really greedy). Delayed 2008 is here – and recovery will be a long long time.

Yeah, MSM is stepping into the panic narrative when in reality the banks and gov aren’t going to take anyone’s home away. They even implemented 6-month mortgage payment holidays, knowing this would come.

The “crash” won’t feel like a crash, everyone will just stop talking about real estate.
