Thunder Bay only had 175 sales last month and doesn’t have an HPI index. That would be why it doesn’t appear any lists.

Even Stats Can dropped it from the New House Price Index.

In reply to Daniel Ziffle. Even home prices in Amherst, NS tripled during over the past two years. Home still don't have high speed internet either, because of course I checked to see if I should sell in Toronto and take some off the table. haha.

I truly hope the whole thing crashes. Not because I think I’ll be able to buy a house then. I’ve given up on that. I just want to see it all burn down. Not just the housing market. All of it. I want the US in 2008 in steroids. We deserve it.
