Financial serdom to banks and investors. Same pile of crap served up to the unsuspecting/uneducated masses. There’s a reason higher education is so expensive; to keep the poor poor. On top of that, to access the real credit, you have to be in the club. So many things wrong with the global financial systems.

Union busting is the modern day methods of keeping the plebs unorganized.

We can do better.

Definition of serfdom
: the condition of a tenant farmer (person) bound to a hereditary plot of land (housing) and to the will of a landlord (banks/investors/greed) : the state or fact of being a serf Despite obvious personal repugnance for serfdom, she enhanced the powers of nobles to demand more labor from their ill-treated and unorganized serfs.—

They’re seeing their economy get wiped out.hard assets might be rising in nominal EUR terms but not compared to real currencies.

Fortunately how new cities are made, but I wish they didn’t need to kill cities like San Francisco for ten or so years first.

I also remember “stretching” when I had an entry level job in the late 80s and working a whole freakin summer for a down payment.

How long to save for a downpayment now? 7 years on average, more in Toronto or Vancouver? Straight up insanity.

Clowns in charge of the printer.

Unless rates are going to -14%, no buyer today is getting the same type of headwind.
