I know people who’s payment jumped from $4000-$10,000 a month. Many are under hot water already and even dropped their prices by over 500k just to sell. Guess what no offers or showings for that matter. RBC is just trying to sugar coat the matter. Does anyone really think they’re going to raise interest rates for several months and put everything back to normal so it can continue the way it was.
