So…. move where there are jobs. Vancouver is an inflated tourist town and playground for rich foreigners. If you want to live and work in a dynamic city, move to Toronto.

Just stop whining. Women make less than men on average for a variety of reasons such as work ethic and competence. Women do make much more than men in unofficial lines of work – free meals, clothes, cars, pay-for-play – than men ever have or ever will. That 30% difference in earnings between men and women goes into the pockets of women’s thru the various channels in which men pay women.
