But the Bank of Canada, like the Fed, should have started raising interest rates years ago. Cheap money (along with speculators, immigration, FOMO, panic buying, magical thinking, and widespread money laundering (particularly in Toronto & Vancouver) have all contributed the Canada’s enormous and growing real estate bubble.
