Inflation of money that they even do not own.
Inflation of goods that they have to buy with less and less money, because the biggest part of it spent on their housing.
Inflation of time that they have to work in slavery for their mortgages.

I would better go back to my native Iran, less slavery there and better quality of life.
Canadian government has to brain wash more and more immigrants to come and be in their slavery.

It is clearly way less affordable to someone buying a house without debt, and anyone buying a house by signing up for 30 years of debt servitude is either an idiot or a gambler. It’s too bad that Canadians have been almost entirely conned into the latter behavior.
