Inflation of money that they even do not own.
Inflation of goods that they have to buy with less and less money, because the biggest part of it spent on their housing.
Inflation of time that they have to work in slavery for their mortgages.

I would better go back to my native Iran, less slavery there and better quality of life.
Canadian government has to brain wash more and more immigrants to come and be in their slavery.

I just wanted to say as an educated Canadian, that I greatly appreciate somebody is actually disseminating the honest economic reality imposed upon this country by the Canadian government, who, along with their proxy state-run media stations are completely lying to the Canadian people about the realities of housing our GDP, our debt, etc. Much appreciated!

It has always boggled my mind how some people can claim that housing affordability is the same or cheaper than in the past due to cheaper debt, despite the cost of housing having tripped or more. It is clearly way less affordable to someone buying a house without debt, and anyone buying a house by signing up for 30 years of debt servitude is either an idiot or a gambler. It’s too bad that Canadians have been almost entirely conned into the latter behavior.
