110 Arjay Crescent is a massive, 5,800 sq. ft. smart home, just a few streets over from the Bridle Path. It’s currently listed with Robert Greenberg for $5,498,000 – although the fact that it has been on the market a couple of times in the past few years tells me they likely aren’t going to get that price.
The Details
You know any house with its own underground garage is going to make great use of space. The 4 bedroom, 7 bathroom home is built for entertaining – boasting a dining room with its own service area, an Italian designed kitchen by Boffi, and a master suite with its own wet bar. Some other features worth noting are the in-home office built for a whole team, movie theatre, backup power generation that seamlessly kicks in during power outages, and a fitness centre.
The real killer feature here is the outdoor space. It has your usual mansion faire – outdoor kitchen, flagstone patio, and dining room. But they took it a step further and added a hot tub, in-ground pool, and basketball court.
As expensive as that sounds, it’s less than half the price it would be if it was on the other side of Bayview.
Even at half the price, it’s STILL expensive considering you could buy 5 regular homes in another neighborhood for the same price.
$6 million for all of that really isn’t that bad. The backyard looks like it costs at least a million.
