The only thing thats going to rip higher is interest rates. The U.S may have to increase interest rates significantly to defend the dollar in the not too distant future. We are talking months here. Canada will have to follow.
With the collapse of the petro dollar ( Saudi Arabia, in the last week or two now accepts,oil prices no longer need to be sold in US dollars) Many of the worlds central banks may stop holding and start selling US dollar reserves .This will require US to have much higher interest rates to fund thier deficit.

Fear based article again. You guys claimed based on this unreliable source that real estate prices will go even more down, it’s starting to turn around.

You mentioned in one of your articles that “lack of supply” was blown out of proportion. We are at 20 year low supply.

Better dwelling is not producing creditable articles. Instead you are taking a spin on “fear” based titles backing up with incredible source. Terrible journalism
