Brookfield, Blackstones, BlackRock, KKR, and co, they all was engaging in a buying spree during the 20-21, buying dentist,doctor and even lawyer business for 40+ P/E ratio, assuming a rate of return of 2-4%. Now rate are up, and all those institutions who are LOADED with debt are paying more interest than return. That why they can’t afford the monthly payment… Wait until they have to renew their bonds at 5-6%….
I don’t really care about bank failure but I just hope, with a private asset manager like those, if one (at least) fail that the gouv will not bail them out. People will be able to pick some asset at decent prices.
But that a sweet dream folks, those firm have deep gouv pocket and gouv love to bailout everyone,everywhere in the name of ”to big to fail, to much job to lose”
We’ll see what happen.

this is a rerun of 09 except this time hopefully the public outcry will not allow these sociopaths to be bailed out. the only thing that the global financial system understands is greed. you reap what you sow and now they should all reap the pain from their disgusting greed without exception. and if any government or central banks try and bail them out they should also be punished.
