Mega mansion High Point Manor, aka 35 High Point Road is back on the market for $1.6M less than it was listed for last year – and they say there’s no real estate deals in Toronto. The $18.2M property now listed with Barry Cohen boasts a massive 2-story entryway, elaborate crown moulding, a breakfast room, and basically every other kind of room you can think of. Heck, there’s even a rubber floored playroom for the little ones.

High Point Road boasts some of the city’s most exclusive real estate, so this place had to cram in every amenity possible to keep up with the Jones. It even has what the listing agent calls a “butler’s pantry”, which we didn’t know was ultra-high net-worth speak for a full commercial kitchen the staff uses to prepare you meals. Don’t worry if you think that’s too sterile, there’s another cozier kitchen for the family to use everyday.
Nice backyard, but “Versailles Inspired” is a BIT of an oversell.
Why do these houses always look so tacky inside? It’s looks like someone’s ridiculously rich grandma lived there.
Am I so poor I can’t tell what’s fancy and cheesy? Because this place is total cheese.
